Berlins’ culinary specialities – Haxe or Eisbein?

So make your choice between a Berlin Ham Hock (Eisbein) on pickled cabbage with parsley potatoes and pea puree or a Knuckle of pork (Haxe) crisply fried and served on a bed of malt beer sauce with Bavarian cabbage and bread dumplings.
